It’s important for you to know that I have been where you are.

The calm I radiate today wasn’t always my reality. I used to be a whirlwind, scaling the corporate ladder on a foundation of chaos. Sleep was a stolen moment, meals were on-the-go affairs, and relaxation? A foreign concept. Until, one day, my body slammed the brakes. Burnout, a visitor I’d stubbornly ignored for too long, forced me to a halt. Exhaustion became my constant companion, anxiety a relentless shadow.

This forced retreat became a journey of rediscovery. Traditional sleep hacks offered no solace. I craved something deeper, a way to cultivate peace not just at night, but throughout the day. That’s when I stumbled upon the world of restorative practices. Gentle stretches became my morning ritual, mindful breathing exercises my afternoon escape. I learned to listen to my body, understanding that true rest wasn’t just about sleep, but about a state of being.

As I transformed, a spark ignited within me. What if I could share this transformative power with others? Coach Tonya was born. No longer a slave to the corporate machine, I became a guide, a compassionate hand reaching out to those drowning in the same sea of overwork and exhaustion.

My clients, mirrors of my past self, were sleep-deprived and wired bundles of stress. I didn’t offer one-size-fits-all solutions.
